Swimsuits and Cover-Ups: See Kate’s Flattering Picks for Summer

Here we go – jumping headfirst into the summer season! Kate’s done her research and is here with her top picks for affordable, flattering swimsuits and cover-ups to get us through the season with ease and style.

RCG: Hi Kate! Before we get started, I wanted to ask what made you select the brands for this piece? I know there are so many out there to choose from.

Kate: I’ve seen the Summersalt brand popping up a lot lately, and I’ve been impressed with their line. Summersalt is made by women, and for women, so they seem to uniquely understand women’s bodies. They have a wide assortment of swimsuits and cover-ups right now.

Also, I own several swimsuits from La Blanca and can say they are high quality and very comfortable. I’m impressed by their collection of both swimsuits and cover-ups this season, too.

RCG: I also wonder if you‘re noticing any more trends this summer?

Kate: Yes! One-pieces are more popular and are making a big comeback this summer. This is excellent news as they offer more options to women of all body types.

Kate: It’s great! Sometimes women aren’t comfortable with their midsections, and this has a nice design. The ruching camouflages on days that you feel you need it.

RCG: I like the deeper neckline, too.

Kate: The square neckline is attractive. I’d say this is a swimsuit most women could wear and feel very comfortable and stylish.

RCG: After seeing the different fits and styles, I like the idea of having a selection of swimwear to turn to as needed. Our bodies are constantly fluctuating, and it’s great to have a few options to choose from.
